Learn More About Zogo’s Suite of B2B Product Offerings
Zogo partners with financial institutions to provide gamified, mobile education to the next generation of learners. I worked with a team to redesign Zogo’s website and design system in order to refresh the designs and value propositions. We designed for WCAG-AA accessibility and focused on incorporating SEO recommendations.
Role: product designer contributing wireframes and content research. Worked with various teams to achieve website redesign goals, including engineering, sales, marketing, and CX.
User Research
We needed a web solution for that focused on our prospective partners, but also adressed the 1M+ users we serve directly or through sponsorships. In order to account for the diversity in our audience, we created six user personas. Four of these personas focus on our primary user base, one focuses on our prospective partners, and the final one focuses on the users of our prospective partners.
